Peter the Rock
Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” Peter said, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” Jesus replied, “Feed my lambs.” A second time he asked, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter replied, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Look after my sheep.” He said a third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter said, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.”
