Ladies of the Parish
New to the Parish or just wanting to meet with others outside of Mass. Come and join us for a chat and get to know us.
We meet at 10:00 am on 1st Saturday of the Month at the Parish coffee morning. (See Newsletter for any changes to coffee morning dates).
Sometimes we have a short meeting when we are planning our support of a parish event or fund raising for a charity.
We currently support the Parish by
o Hosting 3 Saturday Coffee mornings as year to help raise funds for the Parish
o Support Parish events such as BBQ, Carol Service,
o Support a local Charity Baby Basic with two appeal a year
o Host a Lenten Lunch (we select a charity to benefit from funds raised at this event)
Baby Basics South Somerset
Baby Basics South Somerset provides support to families with newborn babies, up to the age of 6 months. We support families across Somerset and the surrounding counties. Our starter packs include a moses basket providing the family with a safe space for their baby to sleep, which is then packed full of the basics; baby and toiletries for the new mum, bedding, blankets, clothing and much more.
